i think condo neighbours tend to be more anal because they think
they paid for privacy, so every little thing ticks them off.
parking ain't free because you're paying for it.
i have no corridoor to my place because i stay at a point block
which i think is way more convenient than walking down
corridoors.
depends on how you see it... problem with neighbors (not only
condos but HDBs) is they dun know how to do communal living.
basically dun do onto others what you dun want others to do onto
you.
Condo Example - neighbor's daughter always practice piano very
early on saturdays or late at night weekdays, non issue until the
fact they loved to leave the front door open... noise travels down
the corridor, this could be easily resolved by closing the door
when practice piano.
HDB Example - downstairs neighbor dry clothes whole bloody day,
when upstairs neighbor hang out clothes after lunch, drip a bit,
downstairs neighbor use bleach and spray upstairs neighbor's
laundry.
